When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, prices, billing address, and packages are normally sent to a service point unless home delivery is chosen at an additional cost.

NOTE! Also, check your spam folder in case the order confirmation is missing.

If there is something wrong in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via

email to: so we can correct it before sending the item.

Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days for in-stock items to a service point. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent at the earliest on the following Monday. Otherwise, you will be informed if the delivery time will be longer for products not in stock. The estimated delivery time will then be 7-14 days.

If there are delays in delivery (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address:, no later than 45 days as we always track so we can locate/claim the package with the transport company.

Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return freight, handling fee, and administration fee, currently 275 SEK.

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, as a private individual, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period that applies from the day you received an item you have ordered. The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify that you regret your purchase. The message should be sent to us at Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return applies to.

You should immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal message return the products to us. If you have shopped so that free shipping was offered, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund if the order is returned.

We offer to send out a return label for a fee from 79 SEK depending on the size and weight of the package which is then deducted from the refund amount of the product, or you can pay for the return freight yourself, regardless of the options the sender is responsible for the delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging and unused.

NOTE! We cannot guarantee if the return is sent to a service point that we will have the opportunity to pick up the return before it goes back, therefore we recommend you always choose shipping that goes directly to us or use our own return label.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation and any return label cost compared to the original value of the product if used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that due to health or hygiene reasons have been sealed (plumbed) and where the seal (plumbing) has been broken by you.

Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service starting without a right of withdrawal.

Does not apply to corporate customers.

Complaints and complaints
We check all products before they are sent to you, however not those sealed and packed in cartons from the supplier. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be complained to where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.

If we cannot rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We pay for return shipping for approved complaints.

Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website as well as the sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to expose the products as correctly as possible.
