Order
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, prices, billing address, and packages are normally sent to a service point unless home delivery is chosen at an additional cost.

NOTE! Also, check your spam folder in case the order confirmation is missing.

If there is something wrong in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via

email to: [email protected] so we can correct it before sending the item.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days for in-stock items to a service point. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent at the earliest on the following Monday. Otherwise, you will be informed if the delivery time will be longer for products not in stock. The estimated delivery time will then be 7-14 days.

If there are delays in delivery (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: [email protected], no later than 45 days as we always track so we can locate/claim the package with the transport company.

Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return freight, handling fee, and administration fee, currently Customer responsibility.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.

When you purchase goods on the website, as a private individual, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 30 days from the day you received an ordered item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns.

You should immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification return the products to us. If you have purchased with free shipping, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund if the order is returned.

You as a customer pay for the return shipping yourself. You are responsible for delivery and condition of the products upon return, therefore the products should be sent well packaged and in the original packaging and unused.

NOTE! We cannot guarantee if the return is sent to a service point that we will have the opportunity to pick up the return before it is returned, therefore we always recommend that you choose shipping that goes directly to us or use our own return label.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation and any return label costs compared to the original value of the product if it is used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

     

      • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the sealing (sealing) has been broken by you.

      • Custom-made products, which have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

      • Services that have been performed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

      • Not applicable to business customers.

    Complaints and complaints
    We check all products before they are sent to you, however not those sealed and packed in cartons from the supplier. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to rectify the error free of charge.

    You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

    The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered to: [email protected].


    6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?
    Any errors and defects must always be complained to [email protected] where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.

    If we cannot rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We pay for return shipping for approved complaints.

    We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

    Limitation of Liability
    We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

    We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

    Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

    We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website as well as the sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to expose the products as correctly as possible.
